Banana Split is the newest (2015) luxury vacation rental in the Banana Cabana family of homes in Fort Morgan. Like Banana Cabana, Banana Split is raising the bar in the Gulf front duplex category. Banana Split is the only duplex in the Gulf that offers a private pool and outdoor Cabana Bar for EACH SIDE. Each of Banana Split's pools are raised 15 ft. above the dunes.thus giving you stunning views while offering each side privacy. Sit around your private pool or in your private Cabana Bar watching the game or enjoying the sunset. Each side of Banana Split sleeps 19 people in BEDS. In these professionally decorated duplexes, you have 7 bedrooms, and 7.5 baths. Each side of Banana Split has 4 master bedrooms each with its own private bath. The other 3 bedrooms are all bunk rooms with private baths that sleep at least 3 guests per room. Right across the hall from the bunk rooms is a kid's living room so the kids have a place to hang out! Every bed features a luxury pillow top mattress for the best sleep of your life! Every room in the house has a brand new flat screen TV with the highlight being a 60' flat screen TV located in the living room. Blu-Ray DVD players and Hi Speed WI-FI are also available for your convenience. The kitchen is designed to feed an army with 2 full size refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, microwave, ice machine, 2 sinks, 2 disposals, and more!. A unique feature in Banana Split is we have installed a washer/dryer on the first AND second floor for your convenience. And finally, if this wasn't enough Banana Split is the ONLY duplex on the Gulf that can be rented and used as one massive house! We have designed Banana Split in a way that each side and each floor of the duplex can be opened up into one big house. So if you have a big family reunion, anniversary, sports group, etc. we have the ability to host the whole group.

    This is an exceptional property. The property was dirty when we arrived, but Fort Morgan Realty sent someone right out and cleaned it within a reasonable time frame.
